No. This is creativity-based coaching. It doesn’t replace mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, we can discuss resources while you continue coaching (or pause coaching if needed).
Do I have to be “artistic”?
Nope. This is tool-based creativity, not talent-based performance. Stick figures welcome. Ugly drafts celebrated.
